No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation

1. Eligibility for Return

   • Returns are not accepted for any product unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt.

   • A video of the opening is required for any return claim.

   • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and labeling intact.

   • Products should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no marks or odors (perfume, deodorant, or detergent).

2. Return Window

   • All eligible return claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

   • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Proof of Purchase

   • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return claim.

   • You must provide time-stamped photographs of the product at the time of unboxing to verify its condition.

   • This ensures quick resolution and transparency.

4. Initiating a Return

   • Include the order number, reason for return, and time-stamped images of the product.

   • Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

5. Shipping and Return Charges

   • Once approved, the customer must ship the item to the return address provided via email.

   • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

   • Unapproved returns will be denied and returned at the customer’s cost.

6. Refund Process

   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

   • Refunds will be issued as store credit (minus applicable shipping or payment processing charges).

   • Payment gateway processing fees of 5% of the order value (minimum ₹400) will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. No Return or Exchange
